A top award winning 5 Star Hotel is looking for an experienced Sales Manager. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience within Hotel Sales. You will report directly to the BDM of the Group. MAIN Duties Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the trade Business development Achieving and surpassing sales targets Scheduling a minimum of 20 appointments per week Making sure the Sales Team is updated with all the pertinent information relating to sales Research ways and means to increase sales Assisting with site inspections and hosting dinners Complete a competitor analysis regularly and constant overview thereof overseeing and growing the sales volumes Identify new market segments, channels and business opportunities Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base Developing market specific sales strategies Reporting on performance of this market Telesales CRMPlease apply with a full CV, recent photo and contactable references
