The IFS SmartFreight Sales Person represents the company to generate pipeline business ultimately selling the SmartFreight dispatch management system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
1-Lead generation
2-Understand the clients operations, demonstrate the product to support a solution to resolve a customer’s needs.
3-Sale of the IFS SmartFreight system to prospective customers.
4- Understand the pricing options in order to draw up Customer Order Confirmation forms.
5- Understand the after sales process to ensure customer satisfaction with the purchase of IFS SmartFreight.
5- Relationship building- grow a portfolio of customers
