VACANCY: SALES MANAGER (Construction Sector)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage a team of 5 sales consultants – 2 internal and 3 external
2. Handle Marketing
3. Develop sales strategy and sales business plan
4. Drive sales and market penetration with new and existing clients
5. Meet targets and sales objectives
6. Motivate sales team
7. Performance manage low performers to achieve the optimum performance from your sales staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
a). Matric
b). Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
c). 8 to 10 years experience in sales within the construction sector
d). Must have good supervision, motivation and management skills
e). Must be goal orientated and results driven.
