A leading insurance company is seeking an inspirational leader to promote a high energy environment as a Sales Manager in Corporate Sales. The successful incumbent will be accountable for the team?s business plans and work closely with each team member to improve the performance of each team member.
Description
Liaise with staff on a regular basis
Build, maintain and develop Financial Adviser and client relationships
Exceed annual targets for Business Unit
Provide marketing tools and training to assist Financial Advisers in selling of the company's products
Motivate of Financial Advisers to achieve targets
Aid Financial Advisers in growing their business
Measure weekly and monthly performance targets for Financial advisers
Must have an overall awareness of the financial services market and can relate the work with the team
Must understand and support the team in developing sound product knowledge and in their specialist consulting roles
Profile
Matric
Passed RE 1 and RE 5 Exams
FAIS accredited
Must have experience in leading a team of people within a sales environment
Have a proven track record of leading within a sales team
Must be working towards or have a financial qualification
Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in the Insurance environment
Excellent English command
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Have a track record of sound people management skills, ideally in a sales environment
Ability to effectively demonstrate coaching, supervision and development skills
Have a sound understanding of sales skills
