Manage a team of Direct Sales Consultants, initiate leads for the consultants, ensure targets are met and assist in training and mentoring the consultants.

Relevant tertiary studies, RE 5 exam compulsory, CFP preferable.

Min 5 years experience in the sales environment, sound knowledge of the insurance industry. Min 3 to 5 years in management of Sales Consultants. Supervise some of the Sales Staff.

Technical skills and sound knowledge of the insurance industry.

· Excel knowledge an advantage.

· Presentation skills

1. Business Development (Meet monthly sales targets of the team.)

2. Management of sales staff

3. Prepare budgets

4. Manage expernses and entertainment per budget

5. Client Service – Resolve customer complaints. Manage lapse ratios.
