Job Description:
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings

Main Functions:
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
• Sourcing new business opportunities to establish the requirements and participate in RFPs and tenders.
• Ability to prepare financially sound proposals
• Conducting site visits and pre-sales audits with contractors and consultants to establish the requirements
• Preparation of technical presentations and proposals related to Projects.
• Working with the technical teams to develop solutions and products
• Lead the negotiations and contract terms
• Brand building, marketing , market intelligence & Competition benchmarking
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Marketing including seminars, conferences, Above the Line and Below the Line advertising campaigns
• Meet yearly sales targets
• Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Be able to speak FRENCH fluently
• Age: 30-40
• BE-Mechanical Engineer
• 10 years’ experience in business & channel development, account management & project sales, HVAC product design & Engineering sales.
• Experience working with HVAC dealers, contractors and consultants.
• Presentation skills, People management, Planning & organizing.
• Algeria & Moroccan citizens only!!!
