Sales Manager - Randburg

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful, experienced and motivational Sales Manager to
manage a sales team selling across multiple product categories including consulting and sales training.

Minimum 5 (five) years personal sales experience
and a minimum 5 (five) years sales management experience, will understand the dynamics of a complex
sale and has a proven track record.

Duties & Responsibilities: (Key Delivery Areas):
? Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
? Attend weekly meetings with Business Development Consultants
? Provide assistance during important deal negotiations & when engaging with key customers
? Encourage relationship building with BDC’s and their clients to assist with the long sales cycle
? Create solutions tailored to client’s business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
? Position the Company capabilities in a way valued by the customer & superior to the competition
? Ensure key daily & weekly performance metrics are achieved
? Training and coaching of the sales team to deliver outstanding results

Qualifications & Experience:
? Mature Candidate
? English: Fluent
? 5 years’ experience in client-facing, field-selling
? 5 years’ experience in sales management
? A successful sales management track record of growing revenue
? Enjoys working in a structured and demanding environment
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
? Experience in selling to C-level executives
? Advantageous: Bachelor's Degree
