International Dental company has an opportunity for a Sales Lead at their South African offices based in Johannesburg. They are looking for an individual with strong management & a sales management background, someone with proven record of sales success who is able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in the dental field.

The purpose of the role will be to support the business by providing regular coaching, advice and development of the sales representatives, providing support and advice with regards to following up the sell-outs and deliveries. The individual will be required to motivate the sales team to meet deadlines, work productively and resolve any issues effectively. Design and implement effective business strategies, enabling the achievement of growth of market share. Identify and develop sales potential by effectively influencing dealers, dental schools, institutions, group practices in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
Commercial and experience of sales management is essential
Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
Ability to work collaboratively and within a highly collaborative team environment
