The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales figures and client numbers and, contributing to the growth and development of Artisan Development Academy. Responsibilities include Planning, implementing and overseeing Sales activities to ensure that Artisan Development Academy is financially profitable and required targets are being attained, and, securing learners for Artisan Development Academy from corporates as well as privately funded learners

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
• Knowledge of skills development work including assessments and moderations is desirable
• Knowledge of SETA processes is desirable
• Knowledge of Artisan and technical training is desirable
• Ability to speak confidently in public, both on a one to one basis and with bigger groups of people
• Experience of selling and meeting sales targets
• Drive and initiative
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
