Sales Manager
Some of the responsibilities include:
· Develop Sales Policies and Procedures
· Monitoring and Analyses of Sales Activities and Staff
· Marketing and Sales co-ordination with national BDM
· Value Proposition to customers
· CRM
· Customer Data compilation
· Customer Category identification and Discount Matrix management
· Budgets and forecasts
· Market analyses and feedback
· Implement Sales strategies
· Report to BM and BDM

Salary: CTC is dependent on experience and the fulfilment of the criteria; between 250K - 320k per annum, excluding commission.
