We are looking for for a strong Sales and Marketing Assistant for The Collection by Liz McGrath. Herewith a short description of the duties:Assisting in planning of sales activities including registration, research, confirming of appointments as well as all pre and post event communication.All aspects of maintaining of our CRM inclusive of managing our company databaseFilling, correlating and proof reading all Sales and Marketing collateral, as well as the S and V driveCompiling itinerariesScheduling of appointmentsAssisting Veronique with digital strategies including our website and social mediaUpdating the marketing budget and marketing cost report on a monthly basisResponsible for updating content of non-transactional websitesCommunicating with target audience – assisting with customer relationshipsInvolved in the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.Liaising with designers and printersArranging for the effective distribution of marketing materialsCoordinating all complimentary or industry room rate requests
