Field Sales Representative at Capital Growth

About the position

The ideal candidate will be groomed into a leadership position in Durban, Glenwood and go onto build and lead a sales team of their own.

(This is not a telesales position)

This position will be best suited for an individual who can see themselves running & owning their own franchise within the next 12 to 18 months.

This is a position of rapid growth so we are seeking an incredibly driven individual that has the hunger to make a substantial difference in their lives and that of the office.

We provide all necessary product training, sales training and manuals. We have a five level proven training program that will teach you how to run a business from the ground upwards.

Please note that if you do not reside in or within a 30min drive of Durban your application will be regretted as we cannot accommodate relocation.

REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- MUST RESIDE IN DURBAN AREA
- MUST HAVE VALID MATRIC / NQF 4 CERTIFICATE
- SOUTH AFRICAN IDENTITY NUMBER
- RELIABLE TRANSPORT 5 DAYS A WEEK TO AND FROM GLENWOOD, DURBAN.
- UNDERSTANDING OF SALES AND MARKETING
