Our client is an international and highly regarded company in the production and sale of medical instruments and devices. We have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Person to sell the companies range of market leading Radiology Equipment and Products in the Western Cape.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the sale of the companies range of Radiology Capital Equipment products for the entire Western Cape Region .
• Maintenance of existing customers and expanding of sales within the assigned territory.
• Scheduling and attending appointments with existing and potential customers.
• Planning and conducting of demonstrations.
• Completion of weekly planner and activity report for submission to direct manager.
• Achieving Sales Targets.
• Responsible for networking with and development of relationships with new customers and managing existing customers.
• Correct Management of consignment stock.
• Preparing and following up on quotations.
• General Administration associated with the position.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Preferably a qualified Radiographer with sales experience or a nursing professional with radiology/radiography experience.
• Capital Equipment sales experience would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience.
• Medical Experience is a preference and previous experience in a similar position in the Medical industry would be an advantage.
• Clinical knowledge of Radiology would be an advantage as well as theatre experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Grade 12 certificate as a minimum requirement as well as a Bachelor of Science or related tertiary education qualification.
