Sales Representative – Building/Property – Cape Town

Minimum Education:
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Building Science/ Sales Management Degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience in the building industry
• ISO knowledge,
• Tender processing and submission knowledge,
• Oral and written communication
• Project management knowledge
• Ability to read and draw design layouts on Turbo-Cad.
• Computer literate (ability to use Microsoft Office),
• Able and willing to travel country trips and working overtime (After hours and some weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve agreed sales targets and conditions.
• Determine potential customers.
• Target customers and develop a call plan.
• Follow-up on customer queries.
• Complete quotes for customer within 12 hour period.
• Schedule appointments in accordance will call planner.
• Demonstrate an inner drive to achieve results.
• Takes effective action to promote customer relations and achieve sales targets.
• Implement sales strategy.
