My Client; a leader in the Lubrication system technology & equipment industry, is looking for a Sales Representative for Witbank, who is responsible for marketing of Company Products to potential customers
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:-
Operational Execution:
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- If required, coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
- If required, coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
- Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Communicate feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Follow-up for collection of payment
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees as requested
Administration:
- Complete company related documentation
- Implement and Maintain a filing system
- Compile reports as requested/required
Communication:
- Attend & participate in meetings
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Attend to and resolve queries.
- Use the Sales tools provided by the company. EG: CRM, Syspro quotations
Education:-
- Minimum of Matric or qualification (certificate/diploma) in related field
Experience:-
- 1-2 years of sales experience will be an advantage
- Good track record in corporate sales or related field
- Technical background relevant and lubrication field
- Relevant sales experience in OEM’s Industrial
Additional requirements:-
- Valid driver’s License
- Results –Oriented individual
- Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to determine solutions for customers
