My Client; a leader in the Lubrication system technology & equipment industry, is looking for a Sales Representative for Witbank, who is responsible for marketing of Company Products to potential customers

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:-

Operational Execution:

  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • If required, coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
  • If required, coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
  • Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Communicate feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Follow-up for collection of payment
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees as requested

Administration:

  • Complete company related documentation
  • Implement and Maintain a filing system
  • Compile reports as requested/required

Communication:

  • Attend & participate in meetings
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Attend to and resolve queries.
  • Use the Sales tools provided by the company. EG: CRM, Syspro quotations

Education:-

  • Minimum of Matric or qualification (certificate/diploma) in related field

Experience:-

  • 1-2 years of sales experience will be an advantage
  • Good track record in corporate sales or related field
  • Technical background relevant and lubrication field
  • Relevant sales experience in OEM’s Industrial

Additional requirements:-

  • Valid driver’s License
  • Results –Oriented individual
  • Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers
