Recruiting Sales Representatives

Mifinserve (Mutual Interests Financial Services) is a boutique brokerage based in Bryanston, Sandton and has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance and financial investment industries.

As part of our growth, we are currently looking to recruit new Sales Representatives to actively attract new clients by selling funeral policies; life insurance and investments.

Previous experience in insurance sales would be advantageous. Our Sales Representatives earn an average of R15,000 per month although there is potential to earn more. This is a commission based role only, no basic salary is offered.

Responsibilities:
• Be able to work independently, without supervision
• Must be self-motivated and a ‘go-getter’ with an entrepreneurial attitude
• Meet sales targets
• Attend meetings and training seminars

Requirements:
• No criminal record
• Grade 12
• RE5 license
• Own transport
