Our client is seeking Sales Team Leaders to ensure the day to day management of team of Agents.
Must have:
Grade 12
ITC Clear
Min. 1 year Call Centre Agent experience
6 - 12 months Team Leader/Supervisory experience
Proven sales ability
Ability to achieve challenging targets
Focus on coaching and developing staff
Experience in the telecommunication or mobile industry advantageous
Computer literate
Good command of the English language
