Job Responsibilities:

Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organisation, in consultation with departmental heads.

Stay informed as to relevant skill levels required by individuals for effective performance, and circulates requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate.

Produce organisational strategy and plans to meet sales targets and training/ development needs, manage training delivery, identify training needs, measurement and follow-up as necessary.

Follow training courses that have been put in place and plan and deliver motivational presentations and courses where necessary.

Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.

Previous sales experience would be an advantage. Need to be able to motivate and lead a team and have great negotiating skills.

Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

Matric and South African ID are essential.
