Experience in IT Analysis. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Duties and Responsibilities: SAP Data Archiving – configure/set-up, test, execute, monitor. Weekly/monthly/yearly For ZA and/or international locations User interaction – communicates and sells strategy, negotiate legal and other requirements. Agree Residence and Retention Documentation – for all Archiving aspects - Functional Designs, Test Documents, Presentations etc Support role post-archiving – with IT teams and Users Statistics and Graphs on space usage – maintain, analyse SAP tables interrogate – on usage, growth and size Participate in Projects. Coordination role General tasks in the Steering team
