Requirements:
• 1-2 years CRM experience; SAP preferred
• Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
• Experience researching, evaluating, and implementing existing applications and/or customized solutions for
• internal or client-facing projects
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills to translate in
• the other directions
• Strong collaboration skills; ability to lead and foster effective team
