Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• SAP CRM Certification
• SAP CRM Investigative Case Management Experience

Brief overview of job functions Successful applicant will be required to do the following:
• The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for the SAP CRM configuration.
• The successful candidate will furthermore be responsible for basic middleware troubleshooting.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible to document the functional configuration.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for knowledge transfer to other employees on the project

Key accountabilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in the successful implementation of new SAP CRM functionality.
The roles and responsibilities of the Senior CRM Functional Consultant are listed as follows:
• Configuration of the SAP CRM System including Investigative Case Management.
• ABAP development and enhancement
• Assisting with the development of the Business blueprint.
• Development of all functional requirement specifications.
• Development of technical specifications
• Development of all configuration documents.
• Configuration and customising of the solution.
• Unit testing activities.
• Assisting with integration testing.
• Develop training material and train users

Knowledge and Skills:
• Good documentation and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Strong analytic abilities.
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
• Be able to train users
• Technical Skills Required:
• Proven experience of current SAP CRM system experience 2007 (6.0) and 7.0.
• Proven SAP CRM Investigative Case Management knowledge and implementation experience
• Proven SAP CRM master data knowledge and implementation experience.
• Proven SAP CRM account and contact management knowledge and implementation experience.
• Proven SAP CRM order entry knowledge and implementation experience, including a working knowledge of synchronisation with ERP orders and / or notifications.
• Proven working knowledge of SAP Middleware concepts and configuration synchronisation.
• Proven working knowledge of the CRM interaction centre web client configuration.
• Proven working knowledge of SAP Organisation structures.
• Web related experience for customer portal implementations beneficial
• Ability to debug errors within the solution
• Proven knowledge of UI framework and Business role configurations
• Proven knowledge of Service Request Management configurations as well as SLA setup
• Configuration and development of Email Response Management System together with Agent Inbox Configuration

Qualifications and Experience
• Appropriate and recognised formal Business or Information Systems qualification.
• Experience within a CRM functional role in a SAP implementation or support environment.
• SAP CRM Certification is mandatory
• SAP CRM Investigative Case Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs a definite requirement.
• Programming experience in ABAP
• Process Design Skills
• Business Analysis Skills
