Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3 years proven SAP experience
• Minimum 1-year experience within a SAP functional role in a support environment.
• Experience in the support of eServices functions
• Experience in creation and maintenance of SAP Business Partners
• Experience in SAP LSMW

Brief overview of job functions
The successful applicant will be required to do the following:
• Development and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.
• Assist with the Design, Building, Testing and Implementation of functionality in the CCT eServices portal solution.
• Gather and document business requirements
• Document business process and functional requirements
• Responsible for user support
• Document test scripts and carry out thorough testing of the solution
• Interact with streams to ensure integration points are tested
• Proactively monitor the current solution and identify issues
• Resolve system and process issues identified
• Prompt resolution of support queries logged
• Process system transports
• Monitoring and resolution of workflow issues related to eServices solution
• Maintain role and authorisation requirements
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing
• Developing and maintaining training material and providing training as required
• Preparing presentations, presenting parts of training and change management programs and supporting users
