• CERTIFIED ARTISAN AND/ OR EGNIEERING QUALIFICATION AND/ OR MAINTENANE PLANNING DIPLOMA

• Proficient / Experienced in SAP PM / EAM Functionality and Execution
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – Word, Projects, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Troubleshooting skills, Analytical Skills, Applying of good SAP governance principles
• At least 3 Year experience in a similar position e.g. SAP PM Planner / Senior Planner Position

KPA’s and DUTIES:
• Management of Technical Objects - Create, maintain and review master data objects for Plant Maintenance. Change management process of technical objects. Ensure Master Data Integrity & Correctness and ongoing comparison between plan and actual.
• Maintenance Processing Functions - creation of maintenance orders, purchase requisitions, notifications and work orders and related tasks. Schedule manpower and resources. Identify maintenance requirements to ensure on-time purchase and delivery.
• Tracking of daily work of artisans.
• Preventive Maintenance Functions - Ensure task lists are developed and implemented as per EOM recommendations & Statutory requirements. Ensure task procedures are descriptive, correct and CBM values and limits are evident. Continuous review of task list procedures based on costs, trends, history, and failures. Ensure applicable maintenance plans are active and data are called as per requirements.
• Information and Reporting Functions - Performing daily governance reports, Maintain approved KPI data and Graphs. Ensure master data integrity and completeness.
• Logistical Functions - Track and follow-up on parts in the weekly meeting for all orders to ensure on time availability. Highlight all parts not evident on bill of materials to Manager. Highlight all materials that are purchased as text items to Manager. Ongoing communication with store personnel and superiors regarding logistical risks.
• Exceptional analysis functions - Highlight of any exceptions by means of exception reporting of plans versus actual for key aspects and show trends.
