Job Activities:

SAP Vehicles WM Application Maintenance, Details of Main Tasks:
Projects and Maintenance (Design and Build)
? Design and Build lead for ·Master Data for VMS. Vehicle Search-Search for vehicles that fulfil specific requirements. The default settings dictate that this tab page is in the foreground.· Vehicle Overview-Hit list for the vehicle search with numerous filter options. ·Vehicle Detail- Data for the vehicles that you have chosen in the vehicle overview. ·Executing Actions- Execution of business transactions for the chosen vehicles, for example change vehicle, create purchase order or create sales order. Assignment of Vehicles to Sales Documents - Search for sales documents that a dealer has entered and that still do not have a reference to a vehicle and assignment of suitable vehicles from the warehouse stock or the order pipeline.
? Creation of Business and System proposals based on customer requirements.
? SAP Customization in SD and VMS area.
? Manage developers in order to ensure development is done on time and correct quality.
? Functional Testing.
? Managing SAP projects and deliverables in the project.
? Manage team in SAP projects.
? Adhering to documented BMW escalation processes
? Reacting to and taking appropriate action to resolve problems and change requests with respect to Design and Build.
? In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes
? Reacting and taking appropriate action in a timely manner to meet the needs of the various Vehicle Management System implemented countries.
? Use of the standard BMW project management methodology (ITPM).

Leadership tasks:

? Manage projects and deliver high quality and on time projects.
? Ensure that agreed company policies and procedures are adhered to.
? Ensure user appreciation of the principles of system development.
? Provide assistance to users in evaluating system proposals.
? Ensure that team members adhere to the IT Application methodology and standards.
? Share knowledge and business process with team members to ensure that handover of tasks is a simple and effective one.

Basic Knowledge and Skills required:

? At least 5-10 years business analyst experience.
? Good ability to do basic trouble shooting / At least 5 years business analyst experience.
? Experience in MS office products (MS Word / Excel etc.).

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Ability to lead a team.
? Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.

? Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist.
