We are looking for a Scheduler with experience in the fleet management vehicle tracking environment.

Responsibilities will include:
•Load unit installations/tests done on the system for client to view vehicle
•Maintain and Monitor paperwork (Received and Outstanding)
•Create username and passwords for existing and new clients
•Upgrade/Migrate client platforms
•Troubleshoot client queries
•Load Tags onto tracking system
•Export “sales installed” reports for sales agents on a monthly basis
•Export reports for clients from tracking platform
•Perform cancellations of clients/units
•Schedule unit installations, repairs and DE installations
•Ensuring technicians stock is prepared for scheduled installations

Remuneration package:
•R6,000-R6,500 monthly salary depending on experience
