A leading organization in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Scheduler to contribute to the business by making client bookings for fibre installations.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Client bookings
- Utilizing the QuickBase platform to identify and make client bookings.
- Confirm client details, including contact details, addresses, fibre installation dates and times, etc.
- Correspond with the fibre holder to update client information should discrepancies be identified in terms of contract details, addresses, installation dates and times, etc.
- Transfer successful bookings from QuickBase to the internal livesheet.
- Confirm client bookings via email, telephone call, and/or SMS.
- Achieve a target of 25 bookings per day

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Team player
- Target driven
- Persistent
- Client service and sales oriented
