Temp: SCM Contract Management Specialist - Location: Midrand | Duration: 40 Hours | Rate: R150.00 p/h | Start date: 13/06/2019

We are urgently looking for an SCM Contracts Manager with strong contract management experience & work ethic to deliver on the following KPIs:

o Contract management (addendums, CPIX, normal addendums, VAT adjustment, update contract schedule)
o Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation (filing, backup on a shared drive)
o Provide contract-related issue resolution when required.
o Communicate contract-related information to direct report.
o Send relevant addendums to service providers, receive acknowledgments
o Other ad hoc duties as required by direct report.

Inherent requirements:

o Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
o Minimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
o Strong contract modeling software skills
o Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio
o Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
o Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
o Excellent writing skills
o Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
o Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
o A degree in Business Administration or relevant; additional qualifications in law are a plus
