A Top Banking Leader is searching for a Certified Scrum Master who will be responsible for coaching, facilitating, and removing impediments & to act as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences.
 
Skills and Responsibilities:

• Manage the process for how information is exchanged
• Helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period of time
• Strive to develop a Team into a High Performance Team
• Act a protector of the team
• Help to keep the Team focused on the current Sprint
• Help to achieve Sprint goals
• Responsible for keeping goals clear and visible to teams
• Solve impediments
• Good communication between the disciplins (BAs, Developers, PM’s & Testers)
• Leadership and soft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation, communication and conflict management
• Be an expert on Scrum and Agile
• Be a master facilitator

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified Scrum Master/scrum practitioner
• Relevant IT or project management related degree
• Project Management background
• Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• Experience working in a Scrum Master role
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban
• Experience with transitioning organisations to agile a benefit
• Background in Financial/Banking environment (beneficial)
