Scrum Master - Sandton - Negotiable

* Act as Scrum Master for 1 - 2 Scrum Teams, focusing on guiding teams toward productivity improvement
* Assist team in achieving Sprint Goals
* Help to grow cross-functional cohesive teams and foster good communication between disciplines (BA's, Developers, UX and UI designers, testers

Technical Competencies:

Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner
Experience or knowledge of Kanban
IT or PM degree
PM Certification (PMP, Prince2) beneficial
Knowledge of software development cycle

Experience : 1 year as a Scrum Master
2 Years in an Agile environment
Experience with transitioning organisations to Agile beneficial
