REQUIREMENT:
A Scrum Master role that is an expert on Agile methods & scrum multiple teams

Responsibilities:
• Guiding scrum teams into a high performance team
• Ensure cross-team coordination & working are consistent across the teams
• Help to achieve Sprint Goals, sprint planning, retrospective and sprint reviews
• Strengthen the presence of the team as an Agile centre of excellence
• Be a master facilitator
• Act as a change agent to the team and organisation
• Foster good communication between the disciplines; BAs, developers, UX and UI designers, testers
• Coach and mentor other scrum masters
• Train new team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies

Qualifications & Experience:
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner (essential)
• Relevant IT or project management related degree
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2)
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Kanban knowledge or experience
• SAFe knowledge or experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a Scrum Master role
• 2-3 years’ experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with transitioning organisations to agile a benefit
• Previous experience from a Banking, Investment / Financial environment (beneficial)
