Responsible for effectively implementing the principles of Scrum to support the product development process, the Product Owners and the Scrum teams. Facilitate the implementation of Agile practices and strive to increase teamwork, openness and improved communication.

• Ensure cross team coordination.
• Strives to develop a team into a high performance team.
• Help to grow cohesive cross-functional teams and foster good communication between the disciplines (B.As, developers, PICs and testers).
• Proactively analyzes program productivity to find inter-team and inter-personal impediments and remove them.
• Assists with backlog grooming.
• Improve team’s efficiencies and productivity by applying Agile and other metrics where appropriate.
• Act as a change agent to help introduce change and continuous improvement to the team and organisation.
• Act as a coach to the team (and the organization) in order to help the team reflect, grow and change.
• Effectively facilitate scrum meetings in order to make teams more effective.

• Bachelor’s Degree essential.
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner.
• Project Management certifications essential.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Minimum of 2 year experience working in a scrum master role.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with transitioning organizations to agile benefit.
• Software development experience a benefit.
