You will be the initial point of contact for customers, respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints perform transactions and customer care activities.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months customer service/retail experience would be advantageous
• Computer literacy essential
• Excellent command of English language, written and verbal
• Must be flexible regarding working hours/shifts
• Clear credit and criminal record
