Qualification:

MCSE or Certifications in any of Exchange 2010 / 2013 or Exchange Online / Office 365



Skills & Experience:

At least 3-4 years in implementation and support of Office 365 / Exchange Online

Experience and knowledge of email archiving such as Mimecast and MessageLabs



Job Description:

You will be responsible for incident investigation and resolution working within the ITIL framework. Monitor and use automated tools. Root cause analysis for complex issues. Creation and review of documentation that assist the team in their day to day work. You will be exposed to fun, challenges and a great team spirit!
