Job Title: Secretary

Purpose statement Work in a highly paced environment requiring professionalism, tact, judgment and discretion in handling clients, business partners and colleagues

Reports to: General Manager

Duties -
Processes
- Electronic diary management including daily confirmation of appointments.
- Client liaison and follow up on outstanding information.
- Keep administrative records.
- Proactive preparation of all “client packs” relevant to an applicable meeting type including all required documentation and information
applicable to the specific type of meeting.
- Preparation of all compliance documentation for all transactions – included in client pack.
- Drafting of client financial product schedules and supporting statements.
- CRM – upload all transaction specific feedback and relevant documentation / management of workflow currently via query system.
- Maintain a proper filing system
- Receive and respond to client’s requests or inquiries
- Liaison with product suppliers and partners.
- Welcoming guests.
- Understanding duties of other admin staff and being able to assist with workflow of others should it be necessary.

Education: Matric
Experience: Three to five years’ related experience
