Hire Resolve represents one of the largest Mining Companies in South Africa who requires a Section Engineer. This role is a Section Engineer 2.13.1/2 appointment in terms of MHS Act and the successful incumbent is responsible to provide and manage technical operational services to the specific area of responsibility, to ensure that the day-to-day engineering service is managed and give support to operational managers, with a 2-3 years planning horizon. This role requires a Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Heavy Current); Minimum 5 - 15 years relevant experience in the mining industry post GCC qualifications, preferably in deep-level gold or platinum mining and a Government Certificate of Competency: Mines and Works.
