Our client, an established sectional title and property owners' association management specialist seeks to appoint employ a Sectional Title Administrator with Sectional Title experience on a two month temporary assignment basis. A minimum of 3 years experience required in an administrative support role will be required. The ideal incumbent will be a self-starter, with strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. We are looking for an effective team player who thrives under pressure with a strong hands-on approach and work ethic.

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12
• Sectional Title Scheme Management Certificate will be advantageous
• FETC – NQF Level 4 Real Estate Qualification will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sectional title environment will be required.

Responsibilities:
• Daily liaison with contractors, trustees, owners and or insurance companies.
• Processing of Creditor Invoices.
• Taking and distribution of the minutes of Body Corporate meetings.
• Compilation of comprehensive management packs at the trustees meetings.
• Resolution of disputes between owners and or trustees.
• Provide assistance to owners and trustees on the Sectional Titles Act and / or Constitution.
• Overseeing preparation and dispatch of all correspondence.
• Collate arrears report.
• Collate report regarding the repairs and maintenance of the portfolio and reviewing the maintenance report.

Monthly / Quarterly Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation of monthly budget projections.
• Assist with preparation of monthly management reports such as income and expenditure variations etc.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and AGM Packs.
• Sourcing of insurance quotes for the portfolio.
• Obtaining replacement valuations for insurance purposes.
