Seeking a Construction Project Manager for a company based in Roodepoort, R highly negotiable

Requirements
• Only applicants who match the job description will be considered;
• Min 5 years Construction Project Management experience;
• Stable track record (ESSENTIAL);
• Must have at least a degree and a suitable post degree qualifications;
• HVAC experience an advantage but not a necessity;
• Experience in research and analysis essential and have good writing skills;
• Construction / Project management skills, Computer literacy, Communication skills, Quality control management;
• Experience in engineering, duct pressure calc, pipe sizing, equipment selections (fans, ahu’s, chillers, mcp’s and controls) an advantage;
• Shop-drawing engineering and detailing with draftsman;
• Equipment take-offs, material submittals, equipment orders and project cost control;
• Design of systems and drawings;
• Tender documentation and applications;
• Testing, commissioning and certification of systems and equipment.
