Self Catering Manager Campsbay Cape Town

Luxury Seaside Self Catering Accommodation / Apartments / House is looking for a General Manager with Hospitality Experience of 3-5 years’ experience in running a 4/5-star establishment. All welcome to APPLY!!

Salary Highly Negotiable + overtime Sundays when needed – + Commission on Capacity. This is a Stay out position with no car.
Working hours – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday & Saturday from 8am to 1pm – Overtime otherwise will be paid if extra hours is needed.

• Provide upscale guests service throughout their stay
• Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check in
• Oversee check in and check out procedures
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints
• Coordinate and manage communication between staff and guests and follow up to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedure (2*cleaners and 1 Gardener)
• Ensure that the guests are provided with clean and comfortable experience
• Examine daily duties with housekeeping, Gardner and assign tasks and check on progress
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight see.
• Establish friendly relationships with regular guests
• Site inspection
• Understanding competitors and implementing new strategies
