Senior Accountant is needed for a Site in Zeerust.This person will be responsable for managing and doing the projects for all our Project companies from capturing invoices to reconciliations . The person will be reporting directly to the Finance Manger and will be based on site . Contract duration will be for at least 18 months
· Preparation of budgets
· Establish and maintain cash controls
· Establish,maintain and reconcile the general ledger
· Monitor cash reserves and investments
· Reconcile bank statements
· Establish and maintain supplier Accounts
· Process supplier invoices
· Liasing with banks
· Ensure security for all credit cards and verify charges
· Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerised accounting system.
· Prepare income statements
· Prepare balance sheets
· Prepare monthly financial statements
· Prepare quarterly report and reporting on variances.
· Assit with the anual audit
· Maintain financial files and records
· Maintain the Accounts payable and Accounts receivable systems inorder to ensure complete and accurate records of all monies.
