Matric. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. Solid experience on Accpac financial system and CLS reservation system. Must be prepared to work flexible hours during month end and other periods. Able to solve problems. Must have solid experience in month end procedures and reconciling accounts.- Receiving and balancing the payments from trade receivables- Managing the deposit account- Reconciling the deposit bank statement- Preparing daily direct billing invoices for payment to travel agents- Preparing monthly invoices to all rentals and concessionaires- Processing of month end journals and accounts payable invoices- Bank reconciliation of business account- Assisting with fixed asset register- Supporting the Senior Financial Accountant
