The position is aimed at a dynamic and performance driven individual who is able to deliver high quality outputs whilst at the same time working effectively with people.

Job description:

• Full back up for all processes in Department
• Control quality output of communication
• Manage risk and membership retention
• Compile stats and reports
• Handle telephonic escalated queries
• Manage new business applications
• Manage and assist administration

The successful candidate must be in possession of the following:

• Relevant work experience in the Medical Schemes Industry is a preference
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• 5 – 7 years senior administration experience, preferably in a similar environment
• A good understanding of interaction with members and clients
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Exceedingly well organised, highly flexible
• Attention to detail
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
