Senior Africa Safari Consultant

Purpose of Role: To plan, customize and book African safaris and holidays to new, referred and repeat clients.

Experience
· Matric
· Degree or Diploma in Travel / Tourism
· 5+ years experience in Tourism Industry specifically in selling African experiences and safaris
· Sound destination knowledge of at least two African destinations: South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda
· Tourplan knowledge an advantage
· Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· High level of integrity, accountability and emotional intelligence
· Energetic, motivated and willing to take on challenges

· Tailor-make African safaris and holidays, providing expert consultation and a great customer service experience
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
· Exhibit excellent product knowledge
