Looking for a Senior Aircraft Engineer in Botswana
To deliver a quality and timeous service to aircraft under maintenance - Cessna and Pratt and Whitney turbine powered aircrafts
To trouble shoot and rectify defects without comebacks
To complete all relevant documentation before release of aircraft to service
To complete timesheets and account for all the time worked
Ensures correct use of technical data, tooling and equipment and serviceability
To maintain a clean and safe working environment
To make reference and interpret correctly all publications relating to the tasks involved (reference to current maintenance manuals, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, engineering or other notices from various civil aviation authorities)
Supervision of Engineers, Junior engineers and Assistant Engineers working under him/her making sure that they account for their time and maintain a quality service
To make sure that he reads and understands the approved Maintenance Procedures Manual
Adequate personal tools and should be clearly laid out in the tool boxes and able to identify any missing tools at a glance
