Job Description:

Full Bookkeeping function to trial balance.

Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors.

Keep records of the company’s income and expenses using cash book.

General and subsidiary ledger reconciling and balancing on a monthly basis.

Responsible for petty cash and petty cash book.

Responsible for keeping a record of all cash received, bank statements and daily balances.

Reconciliation of the ledger and statement once a month.

Drawing up and extracting the Trial Balance Extract financial statements.
