Requirements:
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Banking is essential
• Relevant IT Degree / Diploma
• CCBA or CBAP Certification
• Experience unified modelling language, methodologies, JAD, Gap analysis and Stakeholder analysis
• Experience with BABOK and previous project management are highly advantageous

Duties and responsibilities:
• Integrating into the customers’ existing environment in terms of existing processes, policies and procedures
• Building of strong and healthy relationships with project stakeholders and sponsors
• Planning and monitoring of Business Analysis activities
• Analysis of existing business processes and information systems.
• Eliciting, analyzing and documenting of functional business requirements
