Senior Business Analysts!! An opportunity to join an insurance industry in Cape Town. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience and must be able to come on board and hit the ground running.



Qualification:

Matric

Relevant IT Degree and a Diploma in Business Analysis



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a Business Analyst

Prior team lead experience i.e. mentoring a team or second in charge

Previous Insurance experience would be advantageous

Job Description:

Discover Business opportunities and problems for discussion with Business Owner

Align initiatives to strategy (work items / projects are aligned to strategy)

Document Business Roadmap

Make recommendations / assist in strategy formulation

Research market conditions for aligned business area

Influence by using a network of peers and subject matter experts

Responsible to feed back to business on any misalignment

Review initiatives / proposals against strategy plan and feedback / indicate to Business Owners when requests / proposals are not aligned with strategic plan

Hold required meetings with business

Business Analysis, Translation and Change Management

Conduct information gathering from various sources

Document requirements according to prescribed format
