A well-established Hotel in Clanwilliam are looking for a Pastry Chef to join the Kitchen team on a Senior Chef De Partie level.

Good all round experience in the Kitchen is necessary, but pastry experience is essential.

This candidate must have a very focused pastry background.
The candidate will be in charge of our High Tea buffets and assist the Executive Chef with desserts on our A La Carte menu.

Candidate must have at least 5 years pastry experience in a 5 star environment and a relevant Tertiary Qualification.
Candidate must be able to assist and train other chefs in order for them to be able to do High Teas
