Job Requirements:

• Creative and passionate about food
• At least 2 years Chef de Partie experience in an upmarket kitchen required
• Pastry experience essential
• Culinary qualification preferable

• Ability to multi-task between sections
• Flexible on work hours and good sense of urgency
