Senior Civil Engineer (Pavements)
One of the leading engineering consulting firm with more than 26 years in the industry is looking to employ a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team with experience in working with Asset Management and Pavement Engineering. Suitable candidates must be registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional. To be based in Kwazulu Natal on a permanent basis
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a BSc/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as PrEng or PrTech
Must have a minimum of 8 years ‘experience working on the design of Pavement engineering and a minimum of 10 years in an engineering environment
Must be able to analyze pavement structures and successfully development and implement road Asset Management Projects
Must be able to prepare technical pavement specifications for tender documentation
Must be able to interpret pavement materials investigation reports
Must be Computer literate i.e. AutoCAD, 3D, Microsoft word, Excel, MS Project
Must have a valid driver’s license
