A Senior Consultant will focus on developing solutions for private and public enterprise organizations in South Africa using our Platform to show the strategic advantage to be gleaned from embracing the Platform. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to promote our Client’s Platform as the application platform of choice in the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and build a functional system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
• Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
• Ensure team work, commitment and alignment to business expectations;
• Guarantee quality procedures and Company best practices.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
• Strong understanding of Customer centric principles;
• High level of creativity and ability to think-out-of-the-box;
• Capable problem solver;
• Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
• Transparency and ability to establish trusting and supportive relationships;
• Requires 5+ years of software development experience;
• Requires 2+ years of experience leading development teams and projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Strong experience in web application development and process design (mandatory);
• Degree in computer science, informatics or other technical related field;
• Use of Agile project management approaches;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory), Afrikaans will be an advantage;
• Requires experience working with .Net and Microsoft SQL server
o Experienced in both the development on, and
o The configuration and maintenance of this stack.
